Who are we?

Luci:  I'm the mad brains behind the obsession.  I've been an avid nail polish hoarder since my early teens, have not found a green or teal that I haven't immediately lusted after, and love penguins.  Penguins ROCK! I am a Polish-American with a Master's Degree in TESOL with a strong background in linguistics, also I love books, sandwiches, words, vodka, languages and Karl Urban...in no particular order.  By the way, that's Jack.  And he is planning my demise as we speak...

Mac: I'm the beta in this nail polish obsession.  I previously owned a grand total of 20 polishes until about 7 months ago when Luci took me to my first Ulta store. Since then it's been nothing but Nail Blogs, and Swatches, and Melmers, Oh My!!!  My collection has quickly passed the 100 polish mark, filled mostly with reds and purples.  I was born in the Caribbean (Dominica) and grew up in NY. I love reading, classic films, scary movies, almost anything by Joss Whedon, musicals, and sappy love stories. (I'm a sucker for a tearjerker!)
